What if you added a Nudge but it does not (immediately) show on your website? In this article, we go through the most common reasons why the Socialproov(s) you have chosen might not appear on your website, and what you can do to fix it.

The Socialproov ‘Pixel’ is a small line of code that you add to the header of your website. The Pixel is what loads your Socialproov on the pages of your site.

Each website you add Socialproovs to will have its own unique Socialproov Pixel to install.

Unfortunately, we don’t install the Pixel for you. We don’t have access to your source code, and there’s a solid reason why you shouldn’t give us access either.

Yes, you can add our Social Proof and FOMO Notifications to as many websites as you like. You can manage multiple websites within one Socialproov account, which means that you don’t need to create a new account if you want to use Socialproov on more than 1 website. All of our Plans include unlimited websites.

When you add a Notification to your website that requires some data, Socialproov will start recording new events to display. This means that if you want to display data about recent sales, you will need some recent sales to be displayed.

Socialproov resets your traffic limit on a rolling monthly basis. The date on which your reset occurs will depend on your sign-up date.

You can check when your reset will occur by visiting the subscription page of your Socialproov account. Click on the icon in the bottom left corner and select ‘Subscription’. You can now see the reset date below your current plan. 

If you reach the number of visitors included in your plan, your Socialproov will simply stop appearing on your site. They will show again at the start of your new billing cycle. On your Plans & Billing page, you can see how many visitors you have left and when your billing cycle renews.
